Membership / Involvement: NAMA's operating committees focus on the improvement of quality, safety, operational and sales performance as well as IT reinvestment all in support of continued successful growth. NAMA also operates a Mentorship program through its Quality Committee to aid all agents in a self-examination that enables additional improvement and successful business development.

To become a member and involved with NAMA, you simply need to send an email to RMilewski@namablue.com and confirm your interest to join. If you are a member, and want to be more involved with an operating committee, again, simply email myself or the committee chair and we'll discuss possibilities.
