The Quality Committee networks with fellow agents and works together to identify NAMA-endorsed projects and programs that ensure pursuit of excellence and highest-performance safety and quality for the agency family. The Committee also monitors compliance with the Agency Contract and related rules and regulations. Further, the Committee works with North American representatives to develop, maintain and update day-to-day operating programs, training programs and other standards, to advance the business' reputation and safe operating practices for the benefit of members and the network.
